Coupons are published from our customers whom as merchants find convenient the ease and quality of our service.
Is there a charge to receive coupons?
Coupons are free of charge but electronic gift certificates are sold for money.
How can I receive coupons as an email message?
After being re-directed to the Company Publishings, enter your email address in the appropriate box. Click OK. Then click the link automatically sent to that email, and finally, click the radio button that says that this email can receive coupons.
How can I unsubscribe from receiving emails from Pearbloom?
In your E-mail click the link that mentions subscriptions options and then click the radio button that says unsubsribe me from future emails.
When do I receive the money for my electronic gift certificates sold under my company's name?
For Electronic Gift Certificates sold and Merchants who have a balance from their sales, payments are made monthly on the 1st day of the month by check. Please keep note there will be 5% Flat fee + 30 cents for transaction to cover payment processing. Also, when merchants configure their gift certificate options, they have their real money value adjusted by one cent less. We will pay this adjusted change up to $10 cash back for only the first 1000 gift certificates sold per subscription. Anything beyond that number is the merchant's responsibility.
What is required for a merchant to validate coupons?
All merchants need is an Internet capable device and QR Code Reader App easily found at the App Store of their devices. QR Reader must be able to open web pages and store cookies. It is a good practice to try the app first based on the instructions that everything works as expected. Instructions on how to Validate Coupons can be found by clicking here.
How to troubleshoot my device when I am getting site errors or buttons do not respond?
The best troubleshooting method would be to clear your cache files by clearing your site history and clearing temporary website cookies, specifically those of Pearbloom, as that data may have been corrupted. Please note that you may loose automated data history that keeps you logged-in at other websites. Do this at your own risk if you cannot simply delete data that has pearbloom as its source.
What are the differences between Merchant Lottery Coupons versus Merchant Standard Coupons and Merchant Gift Certificates?
Standard Coupons Subscription consists of an advertising space for the merchant to advertise content of their own choosing as long as it doesn’t go against the Terms of Use. These coupons are fixed, meaning they don’t change from one issuance to another and last up to their expiration date at midnight.
Lottery Coupons Subscriptions are similar to Standard Coupons in that they have a reserved space to advertise and an expiration date but their content is of a completely random percent discount with some preset settings from the Merchant and that it changes and is not fixed from one issuance to another.
Gift Certificates are money value or products and services equivalent only delivered by electronic mail (email) that merchants sell through our Site. This is the only Merchant Offering among the three above that sells for money and is not free of charge.
How do I upload a Business Logo Image and what types of other images are allowed?
When you are at the Coupon Options Page setting the options for either the Lottery Coupons or Standard Coupons, you can upload an Image of your one choosing, with no particular requirements on that, but it must be a png or jpeg image type of a certain size, as stated in the Coupon Options Page, and must have the pertaining extension such as .png, .jpg, or .jpeg. After uploading the image successfully, you'll be able to preview the image by going back to the Registered Users Page, selecting the same subscription and going to its option configuration page again. A Preview of your image along with some unchanging set-up options will load when first visiting the page.
What is YIC?
YIC or You Invest @ Pearbloom Coupons is a Free to Use Service where users can publish a coupon code or offer that can apply to one or more users and in return, if they have met the minimum requirements and other criteria, are rewarded for their contribution with a monthly reward. The reward usually consists of a check, or a gift card if so stated, and will be equal to the cash amount advertised at YIC's top left section. What happens after submitting a code @ YIC Page?
Participants that submit offers or offer codes @ YIC or You Invest @ Pearbloom Coupons will have their input reviewed manually whether they meet our Terms of Use criteria, and if we find something that needs attention we will take an appropriate action, but even they can look whether there is an error in their submission. If so, they can submit a report @ Report Page with a request for editing. If the change seems reasonable, we will promtly respond to their needs & there should be no need to resubmit. Submissions should link correctly to the advertised content. If something is incorrectly submitted we reserve the right to either fix the link or completely remove submission!
I am having problems with the iOS App Version of PEARBLOOM, aka PEARBLOOM App, how do I troubleshoot it?
We attempted to make it easy for our users to troubleshoot their iOS Devices: What you can do is simply (1) touch the ABOUT BUTTON in the HOME SCREEN and then again (2) the ABOUT THIS APP BUTTON in the top right corner, and finally (3) CLEAR APP TEMP DATA BUTTON to have your device's possibly corrupted or somehow changed data cleared and bring the App back into a fresh state.
