Using our site you have agreed with our Terms Of Use, Privacy Policy, and your responsibities while using it. Along with those, you also agree that You Invest @ Pearbloom Coupons is free to use and publish. Participation is free of any obligation except:
You must safeguard the secure key issued after succesfully posting and your Post Number starting with #;
You must provide your full name and address sent by email at business@pearbloom.com along with Post Number and Secure Key Issued;
This can be done immediately or a maximum deadline of 7 days post winning.
You can also send a contact number to make sure we reach you for any problems.

This contest is our free choice to reward and facilitate people who interact with our site. However, we don't take any responsibility for issues that arise beyond our control such as power failures, technology failures, or other aspects which may escalate without us being in full knowledge, as it is stated in our Terms Of Use and elsewhere.
We do not owe any participant anything more than the reward amount stated at top of page which is based upon our forecasting of traffic volume plus other criteria.
We reserve the right to change any of these statements or rewards as needed remembering that this is a free contest and any proceeds come only from other means of Pearbloom which might include subscriptions or other advertising methods while only sharing the same site;
We reserve the right to interrupt or completely discontinue the contest if it imposes any difficulty or burden on the usual activities or objectives set forth by management;
You also take the responsibility for respecting and following your coupon sources' terms & conditions, as well as other issues with their terms and policies including copyright terms!
Pearbloom does not assume any responsibility for what you post, except if it finds that some item that you post is in conflict with its Terms Of Use and other Policies. If that is the case, we reserve the right to take appropriate action! By no means, Pearbloom will accept or tolerate any copyright infrigement or other means that negatively affect any business, if we are made aware thereoff. Therefore, do this at your own contention and with full compliance to laws and other regulations!

Keep note that the sooner you email the required info, the faster we will process your reward;
Payments are made by check and mailed at the address stated. On normal circuimstances this should not take any longer than 2 weeks. You must meet the minimum clicks requirement calculated as (Points Recieved Multiplied by Two) noted just above your points section as "Qualified". EVEN IF ONE GAINS THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF POINTS HAVING NOT BEEN QUALIFIED WILL NOT WIN THE CONTEST. And remember, any non-genuine means interacting with our site, including artificially increasing the number of clicks which results from such means (i.e. self clicks, or other automated means) is strictly forbidden! This site/page is inteded to help people and businesses and both of us PEARBLOOM, ITS CUSTOMERS, AND VISITORS MUST KEEP IT SO WITHOUT SUFFERING LOSSES OR DEBTS THAT WE CANNOT AFFORD! At this point in time methods by check are the only means of payment. Other methods are being considered, but still we have not implemented them yet. We will notify you when that happens.

Failure to follow any of these rules will result in prevention from further participating in our contest as well as cancellation of any pending payments including removal or reviewing of your posting which will be property of Pearbloom LLC as of that moment and from the moment it was posted on our site.

How does the rewarding system work?
After posting, for every visitor who clicks your coupon, you are rewarded a half a point; that is 0.5 points. If the visitor feels grateful and returns to recognize your coupon as legitimate and currently valid, he/she can further credit you with another half a point by clicking the "It Worked!" button for a total of maximum 1 point per visitor per coupon. You and Visitors can submit/click more than one coupon while considering the fact that the same rules apply. After the end of the month at 12:00:01AM EASTERN TIME of the first day of the next month, points are calculated for the last time, and the person with the highest number of points and already having met the minimum click requirement, or having posted earlier in time than others, if those points turn to be equal, wins the contest. The winner's posting number will show up at the You Invest @Pearbloom Coupons Page in the last month winner label at the top of posted coupons. Compare the number with yours, and if you have won, and other submission requirements have been met (meaning you sent the required info) as discussed above, your check will be sent automatically and there is no need to re-confirm. An additional note: As of lately, we noticed that we have been blessed with visits from countries outside of the U.S. Even though our premium merchant publishings are suitable for the U.S. Companies Only and Online Businesses, our YIC page would be a great place for them to post their own coupons for free, and we reserve the right to find an optimal way to reward them as well given that our checks can be cashed only from U.S. Financial Institutions.
